Current SU students, faculty, and staff, as well as former students and local community members, are eligible to borrow books from Smith Library. Please visit the Borrowing Guidelines page to learn more about the privileges available to each group.
Other visitors may use the library's print materials within the building, view current exhibits and displays, attend public events, and enjoy a quiet space to work or study. Please note that, beginning Monday, February 10th, only Shenandoah University ID holders will be able to enter the building after 8 PM.
Visitor parking is available in the Brandt Student Center garage. If you need to make arrangements for visitor parking closer to the library, please reach out to the Department of Campus Safety.
